Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

1lb raw shrimp in shell
court bullion
lemon
parsley
cocktail sauce

Directions

1. Cook raw shrimp with shell on, in the court bullion.
2. Once shrimp is cooked chill immediately with ice.
3. Peel and clean shrimp by cutting a slit down the back side of the shrimp.
4. Chill shrimp thoroughly in the refrigerator.
5. Serve shrimp cocktail complete with cocktail sauce w/ lemon and parsley garnish.
